We provide professional technology services, including:

  • Custom PC builds

  • PC upgrades

  • PS5 controller repairs

  • PS5 controller button customization

To request service, users must complete a contact form on our website. We will then contact you directly using the information you provide to confirm service details, pricing, and next steps.

2. Payment Terms

We offer two payment options:

  • Full payment in advance

  • 50% down payment in advance, with the remaining 50% due upon service completion or pickup/delivery, as agreed

We accept payment after confirming your request through email, phone, or other communication.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

  • American express

  • Union pay

  • JCB

  • Diners

  • Google pay

  • Discover

  • Cash (in-person only, if applicable)

  • CashApp (direct payment only, not processed through the website)

You will receive payment instructions directly from us once service terms are confirmed. We do not process payments directly through the website.

All payments must be made in full before service is started, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. User Submissions

By submitting your contact information, you give us permission to use it to follow up on your service request. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.

We do not require user accounts or logins.

All content on this Site,  including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Prime Rig Tech Solutions unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any content without our written permission.
