At Prime Rig Tech Solutions, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized services such as custom PC builds, controller repairs, and modifications. Due to the nature of our work, which often includes ordering parts, allocating labor, and customizing equipment based on individual requests, we have a strict cancellation and refund policy in place.
Refund Policy
3.1 Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Prime Rig Tech Solutions, including full payments and deposits, are non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law. This includes:

Full advance payments

50% down payments made to initiate service
Once payment is received and the service is scheduled or work has begun, we begin allocating time, labor, and materials toward your request. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds for canceled services.
3.2 Down Payment Policy
For services where a 50% deposit is paid in advance:

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the work or prior to delivery/pickup

If the client chooses to cancel the service after the deposit is paid but before the work begins, the deposit remains non-refundable

If the client cancels after work has started, they are responsible for the full payment, regardless of completion status
3.3 Exceptions
While we do not generally offer refunds, we understand that unexpected situations can occur. In rare cases, and solely at our discretion, we may offer:

A partial credit toward future services

A rescheduled service date or adjustment in service scope (where applicable)
We are committed to being fair, and we evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis.
3.4 Disputes
By submitting a service request and making payment, you agree to abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to provide evidence of this policy and of the agreed-upon services.
